A friend saw a link to this blog posted on her friends Facebook page. She shared it with me and now I am sharing it with you! You may not be able to fully appreciate it unless you have driven in Phnom Penh, but I think you will still get a few laughs out of it. I have personally witnessed all of it except the elephant!
